The essence of Victoria Falls, the world's largest waterfall.
Victoria Falls are spectacular and of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe.
To experience the falls for yourself, please see our add-on package below.
Many clients wish to combine a trip to South Africa with a visit to Victoria Falls, one of the world’s most spectacular natural phenomena. To this end we have put together a three day add on package to facilitate this request. You have a choice of staying on the Zambian side of the Falls or the Zimbabwe side. The two hotels shown below in each location will be the ones used for this add-on.
If you fly into Livingstone, Zambia then you will need a Yellow Fever Certificate whereas you will not need one if staying in Zimbabwe.
The Itinerary shown below is the same for both locations but many of our clients who stay in Zimbabwe opt to then continue their holiday in Botswana; a vast expanse of untamed desert wilderness that has life breathed into it by mighty rivers. Large herds of free ranging Elephant and Antelope lead to a healthy predator population, which in turn means great game viewing.
With a Botswana excursion after Victoria falls, you can enjoy the stunning Chobe National park and the breathtaking Okavango Delta. From here you can fly directly from Kasane back to Johannesburg making the trip even simpler for you.
Below are the two hotels in each location and a simple 3 day add-on itinerary.
